Billing schedule and payment terms

- Late payment penalties: A monthly reminder fee of €10 is charged for any payment default. Overdue interest is charged at 15% per annum from the first day of delinquency until payment. Payments are allocated to the oldest outstanding invoices. Repeated non-payment may lead to immediate exclusion from school attendance and withholding of school reports until outstanding amounts are settled.

Cancellation and refund rules

- Enrollment and deposit payment: The enrollment fee and the deposit must be paid before the pupil's start at the school; payment makes the place binding.
- Refund of enrollment fee on cancellation prior to first attendance:
- Cancellation at least four months before planned school entry: 80% refund of the enrollment fee.
- Cancellation less than four months before planned entry: 50% refund of the enrollment fee.
- Cancellation later than three weeks before planned start: no refund of the enrollment fee.
- Deposit refund and conditions: The deposit is repaid only after the family's last child has left the school and only upon written request. Outstanding school-fee claims at the time of departure are offset against the deposit. The deposit repayment claim expires five years after the departure of the last child. The deposit is not interest-bearing.
- Termination notice: Withdrawal from the school can only take effect at the end of a calendar month and must be given in writing at least 30 days in advance; failure to meet this notice period triggers an obligation to pay one month's fee. Identical notice conditions apply to use of school bus and school meals.
