KiKri 1 applies to children who have completed their first year by August 31; KiKri 2 applies to children who have completed their second year by August 31; Kindergarten applies to children who have completed their third year by August 31. If applications exceed capacity, admission is determined by fixed criteria and admitted children in KiKri and Kindergarten are placed in small groups. The following documents are required for admission and should be submitted by the closing date: the Interessenbekundung and the Anmeldeformular 2025-26. Parents are informed in a timely manner about the admission status; if accepted, they submit additional documents and pay the admission fees. After completing the formalities, the child is definitively registered for the corresponding facility. If the number of applications exceeds places, a waiting list is used according to a criteria catalogue, and parents are informed that they are initially on a waiting list. After the formal registration period, a Nachrückverfahren (reallocation/admission prioritization) follows.
