Admissions

How to apply, waitlist information, and financial support

Admissions Process

Kinder + Elementary admissions:
1. Begin by completing the inquiry form or scheduling a call with the admissions team. This initial contact helps understand your family's needs and how the program aligns with them. Admissions are open year-round for students from 3 years old up to grade 12. A member of the admissions team will guide you through the next steps to keep the process clear and tailored to you.
2. Application Review: After your application is submitted, the Admissions Team reviews the materials, and additional documents may be requested by email. The review assesses alignment with Dragon's educational model and program.
3. Enrollment Decision: Following the review, the Admissions Committee decides on enrollment. You will receive an email with instructions to complete enrollment. Acceptances are typically sent between February and June, and may be issued as late as August depending on availability.
4. Meeting with Admissions Team: The admissions team will contact you to arrange a meeting at the school. The meeting provides an opportunity to discuss program fit and to have questions answered. Enrollment steps can be finalized during this meeting if needed.
5. Completion of Application: Complete the enrollment documents and submit all required materials. The admissions team will finalize enrollment steps after submission. Applications for the following academic year open after September.

The admissions team will request two questionnaires—one for the family and one for the student—along with a copy of last year's reports. Applications for the following academic year open after September.

7. Completion of Questionnaires: Complete and submit two questionnaires—one for the family and one for the student—together with a copy of last year's reports. This step is required as part of the documentation for the admissions review.
8. Acceptances: Acceptances are issued between February and June, and may be issued as late as August depending on availability.

These steps reflect the year-round admissions timeline, the dedicated review by the Admissions Team and Committee, the requirement for family and student documentation, and the inclusion of an interview for Middle & High School applicants.

The campus sits near the Sierra de Guadarrama Regional Park and emphasizes learning in nature, with eco-friendly, EMF-free classrooms and spaces designed to foster curiosity, collaboration and autonomy. Outdoor activities, ecological projects, and environmental education complement indoor learning; the school benefits from native teachers and a diverse, multinational community and a family-friendly culture.
