Billing schedule and payment terms

The monthly figures above are the basis for billing across that period; the annual amounts above are calculated as the monthly figure × 10 (September–June), and per-term amounts are the annual amount divided by three. The school offers an annual-payment option: if both tuition and lunch are paid in a single annual payment in September (or prior to September) a 2% early-payment discount applies (discount applies only to tuition). There is an option called “Exams Fees in Advance” in which exam fees can be paid during October–March and held for subsequent exam billing.

- Examination fees: Additional charges apply for international and subject exam entries (ESOL, German, French language exams; IGCSE in Year 11; AS/A-Level in Years 11–13). - Textbooks and digital subscriptions: Textbook lists are published at the end of the third term.
