Application & registration fees
- Registration (administrative) cost: EUR 500 (one-off, payable the first time the student enters the school). This amount is non‑refundable and is paid together with the deposit.
- Reservation fee for the next course: EUR 495 (payable by bank transfer before 21 February). This fee is deductible from the annual payment or from the first payment in September; it will not be refunded if the student does not start the next school year.
Deposit
- Deposit: EUR 1,500 (single payment at enrolment). The deposit is held as a guarantee and will not be used to compensate academic fees. Conditions for return: two months' advance written notice of withdrawal (computable within the school year), account holder must be up to date with payment obligations, and for students not continuing the next course the school must be notified by mail before 20 April of the previous year. When refundable, the deposit is returned on 25 August.
Tuition fees by year group (academic year 2025–2026) — annual, per‑term and per‑month amounts. Lunch is included in the annual study fee.

Billing schedule and payment terms
- Payment methods: payments are made by direct debit from the bank account number provided by families. The reservation fee must be paid by bank transfer before 21 February. Returned bank receipts incur a surcharge of EUR 25 plus any expenses incurred. Failure to pay two installments may result in suspension/expulsion of the student until outstanding receipts are regularized.
- Payment schedules available:
- Annual payment: due before 5 July; a 5% discount is applied to the school‑year rate when paid in advance.
- Term payment (three installments): payments due on 5 September, 5 December and 5 March.
- Monthly payment (ten installments): payments between the 1st and 5th of each month from September to June (first payment in September, last in June).
- Discounts: single annual payment discount of 5% (or proportional part for advanced monthly payments); second‑child discount of 3% applies to the younger sibling's school‑year fee (not applicable to school materials or other additional costs).
Boarding fees
- Boarding: not applicable. No boarding fees are listed; the school operates as a day school for ages 2–18.
Other costs and additional fees
- School materials: EUR 165 (single payment by bank receipt in September). School supplies (textbooks, reading books where required) are not included in the annual fee and are charged separately.
- External examination fees and related costs: fees for external examinations (AS, A‑Level, EPQ, Cambridge/Edexcel and other examining organisations) are charged in accordance with the examining organisations and are not included in the annual fee. An additional charge applies for the optional approval/homologation of academic certificates.
- Excursions, school trips, departures and extracurricular activities: these are not included in the school fee and will be charged separately depending on the activity.
- Uniform / EG Shop items: the school does not require a full school uniform, but an official PE t‑shirt is required for PE days. The EG Shop lists PE t‑shirts and optional hoodies at small additional charges (example shop prices: Cotton T‑shirt EUR 15.00; Technical T‑shirt EUR 12.00; Hoodies from approx. EUR 22–25). These items are purchased separately.
Refund information and non‑refundables
- Registration fee (EUR 500) is non‑refundable in all cases. Reservation fee (EUR 495) is not refundable if the student does not start the next school year. The deposit (EUR 1,500) is refundable only if the school's stated return conditions are met (two months' notice, up to date with payments, and timely notification before 20 April for students not continuing); returned deposits are paid on 25 August when applicable. The deposit cannot be used to offset academic fees.
Key payment notes and sanctions
- A returned bank receipt has a surcharge of EUR 25 plus any expenses incurred. Non‑payment of two installments may lead to the student being suspended or expelled until payment is regularized. Reservation and registration fees are handled as described above and have specific non‑refund rules.
