Application & enrolment fees
- New-student admission (one-off, new students only): EUR 500.
- Place reservation / booking fee: EUR 250 (paid in February; may be discounted if paid in September). The place-reservation fee is reimbursed against the first enrollment payment for the following school year; if the school year is not started the reservation is lost.
- First-term school-supplies one-off charges (collected with first payment): EUR 160 for Early Years & Foundation Stage; EUR 200 for Primary; EUR 260 for Secondary (these higher first-installment amounts reflect that the first term is four months).

Discounts

Billing schedule and payment terms
- Invoicing and due dates: school receipts are issued and payable in advance between the 1st and the 5th of each month. Monthly tuition payment is structured as 10 payments covering September through June; monthly payments are charged in full regardless of holidays within a month.
- Preferred payment method for regular bills: direct debit. Families bear the expense for returned payments (EUR 7 per returned receipt).
- Lunch and transport fees are prorated annually and charged in full irrespective of monthly holidays. Extracurricular activities are billed quarterly; withdrawal from an extracurricular activity requires notice before the 25th of the last month of that quarter.

Boarding
- Boarding is not applicable; there are no published boarding fees.

Other fees and notes
- Special needs: additional charges may be required for support or services outside what is included in the standard school fee.
- Returned-payment charge: EUR 7 (borne by the family).

Refunds and cancellations
- School tuition payments are non‑refundable. Place-reservation fees are reimbursed against first enrollment for the following school year; if the school year is not begun the reservation is lost. If a student is absent for a prolonged and justified period the school place is held by charging the school fee, though lunch or extra‑hours charges may be stopped for the period of absence. Withdrawal from extracurricular activities requires notice before the 25th of the last month of the quarter to avoid charges for the subsequent quarter.
