Highlands Family Assistance Fund is a group of Highlands parents passionate about the comprehensive formation their children receive, united by a sense of family with the school. The fund was created to help families experiencing adverse economic circumstances by offering tuition scholarships, ensuring that no student or family has to renounce a Catholic, bilingual and integral education at Highlands School Los Fresnos. Highlands School Los Fresnos is a Catholic bilingual school in Boadilla del Monte, Madrid, serving learners from 0 to 18 years. It belongs to the Regnum Christi network and has more than 15 years of history. The school blends Cambridge Primary for the early years with Cambridge Secondary, and is a Cambridge Assessment International Education center as well as a Microsoft Showcase School. In Early Years, bilingual education uses real language immersion from year one: up to age 2 each classroom has two tutors, one Spanish-speaking and one English-speaking; from age 3 students alternate days with either language. From age 5, Cambridge International Curriculum is implemented. It implements tailored educational project, with active learning, critical thinking, creativity, and oral expression. Digital competence is developed with BeeBots, LEGO Education, and Coding Express. Facilities exceed 16,500 square meters, with spaces that support collaboration and safety; Catholic formation is integrated via RC programs.
