International Montessori School Sotogrande offers a bilingual, child-centered education in a welcoming Andalusia setting. The program uses individualized intervention plans and targeted work on language, attention, memory, self-regulation, social skills, and executive functioning, plus a therapeutic space for emotional self-regulation.
The school provides bilingual learning with daily immersion in English and Spanish through natural interactions. Language learning happens organically during lessons, play, and routines, fostering fluency, cultural awareness, and confidence.

1. Request a Visit. During your visit, you will have the opportunity to explore our facilities and the learning environments for each educational stage. We will answer questions about our educational model and curriculum. Applications are submitted online and can be completed at any time for the current academic year or future years; the placement process for the upcoming academic year begins in March, with priority given to currently enrolled students and then to new applicants; depending on availability, new students may be admitted after the school year has started.
2. After the visit, we will send you a link via email to submit your application for a place. The link leads to our online application form and can be used to apply for the current academic year or future years. You can complete the form at your convenience. Submitting early improves your chances.
3. Once the application is submitted, you will receive a new link to complete the pre-enrollment process. Primary and Elementary students may be invited to meet their teacher and spend time in the classroom. End-of-year school reports from the past two academic years will be requested (in English or Spanish) if your child has previously attended school. A copy of the current academic year's reports, along with IDs for the parent/guardian and the student, will be required.
4. The school will then send a welcome email from IMS International Montessori School, along with confirmation of place availability. The email provides next steps and enrollment instructions. You should review the information carefully and ensure you understand any conditions tied to securing the place.
5. Final step: reception of all required documentation and payment of the enrollment fee. Please ensure all documents are submitted in the requested format and by any deadlines provided. After payment, you will receive confirmation of enrollment.
