The school has 28 classrooms distributed around four main buildings. It is located in Portals Nous, Mallorca, with many classrooms offering sea views. The grounds feature a playground with football and basketball courts, picnic benches, gardens, and shaded areas. In 2020 lifts, bathrooms and disabled access were installed around the school, and the dining room block provides on-site meals daily from Reception to Year 11. Two science laboratories support the sciences up to A Level, with Marine Science added in Year 12; an ICT room houses the latest technology and an art studio provides photography dark rooms with views over the Mediterranean Sea.
There is a sports ground adjacent to the school with both outdoor and indoor facilities. For sport lessons a private bus takes students to off-site facilities including an indoor pool, a sports centre, and an athletics stadium. Sailing and equestrian facilities are available via off-site partners. These on- and off-site venues support a broad range of athletic activities.
Two fully-equipped science laboratories support biology, chemistry and physics up to A Level, with Marine Science added in Year 12. The 350-seat theatre in Paguera hosts musical productions and major events such as Prizegiving. On-site spaces support performances and cultural events throughout the year. The off-site sailing club and equestrian centre expand outdoor educational opportunities. The grounds and theatre spaces provide venues for learning beyond the classroom.
King Richard III College is a British international private day school located in Portals Nous, Mallorca, enrolling students from age 2 to 18.
