Billing schedule and payment terms

- Fees are billed and paid termly; there are three terms per academic year. Receipts are issued to individual bank accounts in the first ten days of September, January and April. Prices are normally reviewed in February for the following academic year. All fees, charges, lunches, buses, extracurricular activities and excursions must be paid by direct debit.

Boarding

- Boarding is not applicable; the school operates as an infant/primary day school and does not list boarding fees.

Refunds, re-enrolment and notice requirements

- The enrolment fee is non-reimbursable. Written confirmation of departure must be submitted before 28 February for families intending to leave in June; no refund will be made if notice of departure is given after 1 April. A three-month notice period is required if a child is to leave the school; if notice is not given, three months' fees are payable in lieu of notice. An annual re-enrolment fee is included in the third-term bill and is then deducted from the first-term fees of the next academic year.

King's College Chamartín, an infant school in central Madrid, is part of the King's College Group with over five decades of British education. The Chamartín campus offers EYFS, the British Curriculum and a Reggio Emilia-inspired approach in Early Years and Key Stage 1. The Primary programme follows the English National Curriculum (Years 1–2) with core subjects taught in English by UK-trained teachers and a strong Spanish bilingual pathway. Enrichment spans Art & Design, Computing, Geography, History, Music, PE, Design & Technology and PSHE, with language immersion to support bilingual fluency. In Year 2, an AI-powered platform provides diagnostic assessments and personalized exercises in English, Maths and Science. Facilities include purpose-built classrooms, dedicated art, light, music and nature ateliers, a cosy library, a multi-purpose hall, and an on-site kitchen. Mandarin immersion is offered, and pathways to later stages are supported through links with sister schools. Students gain leadership and global awareness.
