- EAL (English as an Additional Language) programme (additional charge per term):

- Extra supervision (per month):

Family discounts
- Discounts apply to Tuition Fees, Charges, Lunch and Bus Service as follows:
- 3rd child: 10% discount.
- 4th child: 15% discount.
- 5th and subsequent children: 20% discount.
Boarding
- Boarding is not applicable at King's College La Moraleja; the school operates as a day school for ages 1–16 and does not list boarding fees.
Billing schedule and payment terms
- Billing cycle: Fees are billed and payable termly; there are three terms per academic year. Receipts are presented at the beginning of each term (in the first ten days of September, January, and April). Parents are charged the full term regardless of the pupil's exact enrolment date within that term.
- Payment method: All fees, charges, lunches, residence, buses, optional classes, and school visits must be paid by direct debit. A €15 charge applies each time a bank payment is rejected. Exceptions to direct debit must be requested by e‑mail to the financial director.
- Late or non‑payment: If fees are unpaid 7 days after the due date the school may refuse attendance; if unpaid after 14 days the school may terminate the contract.
Notice, refunds and cancellations
- Enrolment fee: The enrolment fee of €1,750 is non‑refundable.
- Absence/illness: No refund of fees is made for absence due to illness or any other cause.
- Leaving the school: Three months' written notice is required to withdraw a pupil. If three months' notice is not provided, three months' fees are payable in lieu of notice. Parents must notify intention to leave before 28 February; no refund is made if notice of departure is given after 1 April.
- Exchange students: A non‑refundable amount of €1,000 per term is charged to hold a place during an exchange (waived for exchanges within the Inspired group).
- Re‑enrolment fee: An annual re‑enrolment fee is billed in the third term and is deducted from the first term's fees of the following academic year.
Uniform and other routine costs
- Uniform: The school shop sells the required uniform; uniform must be worn to school and official functions. Individual uniform item prices are charged separately by the school shop.
- Optional and occasional charges: Charges may apply for optional classes, extra‑curricular activities, school visits, residence (where applicable elsewhere in the group), and other extras; such charges are added to the termly bill where applicable.
Summary of accepted payment arrangements
- Primary payment method: Direct debit (bank transfer via direct debit instruction).
- Administrative charge for rejected payments: €15 per rejected transaction.
