Los Sauces La Moraleja provides education from early childhood to university. The campus has an on-site kitchen and a dining hall where meals are based on a healthy and balanced diet. A dietitian and nutritionist prepare monthly menus, accommodating allergies, medical diets, coeliac, diabetes and other needs, and the menus are sent to families each month. The dining hall service is optional, and teachers supervise the dining hall and enforce the school's dining hall rules. The Dublin Programme lets 5th and 6th grade Primary students and 1st and 2nd grade Secondary students spend a month at Brook House Los Sauces in Bray, Ireland, with English as the sole language of instruction. The school offers an American High School Diploma and a USA exchange project (Proyecto USA) for eligible students.
Technology is an integral part of Los Sauces, with interactive whiteboards, laptops and tablets in every classroom. Students use Progrentis and Moodle to support learning, and robotics are integrated into classroom learning. Programming is taught with Arquino (C++) and Scratch. The Phidias online platform enables parent–school communication. These tools support differentiated learning across ages.
