- Annual charges (tuition and, when applicable, demi-pension) are due from the first day of the school year and billed in three periods corresponding to school trimesters: Trimestre 1 = 40%; Trimestre 2 = 30%; Trimestre 3 = 30%. Specific trimester due dates are set (examples of usual due dates: mid-October, late January, mid-April).
- Any month begun is due; departures during the year are treated so that fees are calculated according to the rule that any month started is payable.
- Manuels numériques (digital textbooks) and exam registration fees are invoiced separately: Brevet (3ème) EUR 30; Épreuves anticipées (1ère) EUR 80; Baccalauréat (Terminale) EUR 150.

Other regular or occasional charges
- Solidarity fund contribution (fonds de solidarité): EUR 25 per pupil per year (charged on the first trimester invoice).
- School supplies / textbooks: the school provides materials for maternelle; for CP through Terminale, families pay for supplies and manuals (digital/manual costs billed as indicated above).
- School trips, excursions, language exam preparation, loss/damage charges, replacement student-card fees and similar items may be invoiced when they apply. These costs are billed in the trimester in which they occur.
- Transport (paid separately when used) is organised and invoiced by the school's transport service where applicable.

Boarding
- Boarding is not applicable. The school operates as a day school with an optional demi-pension (canteen).

Refund and reduction rules
- First-registration fees (DPI) are acquired by the school and are not refundable, except in cases of force majeure and by decision of the head of establishment.
- Tuition is annual and subject to the rule that any month started is due; therefore, when a pupil leaves during a term, fees are calculated accordingly and full-month portions remain payable.
- Partial rebates on the demi-pension may be granted in specific cases (medical absence exceeding 15 consecutive days with certificate, force majeure absences of at least 5 days, participation in school trips of one week or more). Family-size discounts (fratrie) apply to tuition: 10% for the 3rd enrolled child, 30% for the 4th, 50% for the 5th.
- Bursaries and scholarships, where awarded, may cover some or all fees, including tuition, demi-pension, registration and exam fees; they are applied according to the school's financial regulations.

Fee payment options and administrative details
- Accepted payment methods: bank transfer to the school's bank accounts, SEPA direct debit (mandate), and online payment by card via the parent portal. Cash payments are not permitted.
- The school issues invoices to the billed party and communicates invoices by email and via the parent portal; any bank charges due to transfers must not be charged to the school (families should ensure the exact invoiced amount is received by the school).

Practical notes on extras and optional items
- Optional extras such as after-school activities organised by parent or sports associations are typically invoiced independently from the school's standard fees. Replacement cards, lost-item charges and damages may be invoiced at cost.
