Billing schedule and payment terms

- The academic year is billed by trimester with the three periods defined as: 1st trimester (September–December), 2nd trimester (January–March), 3rd trimester (April–June). Payment is due by trimester on reception of the invoice.
- Requests for instalment plans or monthly payment arrangements can be made to the school's accounting contacts; the school offers a monthly-payment option via the ACIA platform and accepts structured payment plans on request. - Garderie for élèves CP–CM2: a supervised after‑school garderie service is available; for the 2025/2026 year the school indicates this service at the elementary level without additional cost. Morning arrival supervision is also available without separate registration for the elementary school.

- Accueil TPS / ateliers: the school runs early‑years welcome and extra‑workshop programmes; fees and the exact organisation of TPS accueil and extracurricular ateliers vary by campus and year and are handled as specific service items or forfaits. Parents should note that certain early‑years provisions and workshops are organised separately (registration, schedules and any applicable fees are administered at the campus level).

- Manual rental and school materials: a school book‑rental service is operated through the parents' association (APA) with separate charges; the APA manages rental and sales of supplies and uses secure online payment systems for those services.

Other one‑off or occasional costs

- School trips, extra‑curricular activity fees, examination registration fees (where applicable, e.g., CILS or other certifications) and special project charges may be invoiced separately on a per‑activity basis. Administrative decisions establishing such tariffs are routinely published in the school's financial dispositions and acts.

Refund and cancellation rules (key points)

- First‑time registration fees are non‑refundable.
- Études surveillées are billed forfaitairely by trimester; no refunds or reductions are granted for late entry or absence and any started trimester is due.
- Demi‑pension: occasional single meals are non‑refundable; changes in demi‑pension status cannot be made during a trimester and any decision to stop must be made in writing in the last fortnight of the current trimester.
