Annual tuition fees by school level (total per school year and standard billing periods)
- Maternelle (pre‑school): EUR 6,330 per year. Standard billing: payment is divided into ten periods; the equivalent installment is the annual fee divided by 10.

Note on installment amounts: the school divides the annual tuition into ten payment periods (typically September to June). For each level, the monthly instalment (indicative) equals the annual fee divided by 10. The centre will invoice annex services (canteen, guardería, transport, extracurricular providers) when those services are provided and add them to the corresponding monthly debit.

- Half‑board (four days/week): EUR 1,320 per year.
- Unit lunch ticket (single meal): EUR 10 per ticket.
- Locker (casier): EUR 30 (one‑off). Locker costs are charged in the first semester.

- Exceptional / occasional guardería session: EUR 10 per session.

Other recurring and one‑off fees
- External supervised student (Collège–Lycée) option (externe surveillé): EUR 300 per year.
- Costs for school trips (including overnight stays) are charged to families and invoiced according to the trip conditions.
- Textbooks and school materials: families are responsible for textbooks; materials loaned by the school library (CDI/BCD) not returned are charged at the real cost.

Billing schedule and payment terms
- Tuition and ancillary fees are annual charges due from the first day of the school year; by default the school divides payment into ten periods for practical purposes (normally September to June). Families who join or leave during the school year must pay for the month of entry or departure in full; annex fees are billed when the service is provided.
- Indicative monthly debit dates: between day 1 and day 10 of each month from September to June.
- Direct debit (bank domiciliation) is the required payment method; families must provide bank details. If a direct debit is rejected, the school sends an electronic non‑payment notice and an administrative charge of EUR 30 is applied; the debt must then be paid by credit card or bank transfer by the indicated date. The school may permit a single annual payment by bank transfer upon written request and acceptance. Failure to pay may lead to amicable recovery, legal proceedings, and temporary exclusion of the pupil.

Discounts, scholarships and support
- Sibling discount: where three or more children from the same family are enrolled under the same payer, reductions apply: a 30% reduction for the third child (applies to the youngest child) and a 50% reduction for the fourth and subsequent children (applies to the youngest child). The discount is applied once per family and distributed equally among legal guardians when applicable.
- Consular or other scholarships may cover all or part of registration, tuition, transport and maintenance; when an official French consular scholarship (when applicable) is notified to the school, the school applies the scholarship to invoices and may reimburse registration fees when the scholarship notification is received.

Refund and cancellation rules
- Registration and re‑registration fees are not refundable in general; an exception exists where a French consular scholarship is awarded and the school refunds registration fees upon receipt of the official scholarship notification.
- When a pupil arrives or leaves during the academic year, tuition, half‑board and transport charges are calculated on a monthly basis (generally each month started is due). For individual international mobility not managed by the school, families must continue to pay 50% of the tuition to guarantee the pupils place during the absence. Non‑payment before the end of the term may lead to temporary exclusion.

Boarding (internat)
- Boarding is not offered by the Lycée français international d'Alicante; boarding fees are not applicable.

Accepted payment methods and administrative charges
- Primary method: bank direct debit (mandatory). Alternative methods if direct debit is refused or by prior arrangement: credit card payment or bank transfer. A rejected direct debit triggers an administrative charge of EUR 30. Annual single payment by bank transfer may be allowed on request and after explicit acceptance by the school.

Administrative and practical notes related to fees
- Locker charges are collected in the first semester. School trips and extracurricular activities organised by third‑party providers are invoiced separately by the provider or by the school and billed when provided. Materials lent by the library not returned are billed at real cost. The school may apply sanctions or collection procedures for unpaid invoices.
