You can begin the enrollment process now by following the steps below:
1. Fill the online pre-registration application.
2. Complete the ICONE enrollment dossier (Download the enrollment dossier).
3. If you download the enrollment dossier, please review the financial regulations. ICONE: Download the financial regulations.
4. Submit the original dossier to the secretariat, together with all required documents (in person or by mail).
5. Pay the registration fees by bank transfer to the school's bank account indicating: Registration + Name and surname of the pupil. IBAN: ES68 2100 8122 8813 0078 4577; BIC: CAIXESBBXXX
The enrollment is definitive within the limits of available places after receipt of the enrollment dossier and the registration fees.

You can contact the secretariat for more information. The secretariat is open from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Monday to Friday.
Registration will be confirmed in February 2025, within the limit of available places. The initial registration fees are not refundable if the cancellation of the registration occurs after April 30, 2025. For children placed on the waiting list, these fees may be refunded if the pre-registration is canceled or if the school cannot enroll the child.
General conditions for access to the scholarship system: Scholarships are awarded based on resources and the applicant's patrimonial situation.
Main conditions to file a scholarship application:
- The student must be French national.
- The applicant and the child must be registered on the world register of French nationals established abroad with the Consulate. (Verify that your registration in the register and that of your children are valid.)
- The child must reside with at least one parent in Spain (in the Barcelona district).
- The child must be at least 3 years old by December 31, 2022.
- The child must be enrolled in a school approved by the French Ministry of National Education.
How to file a scholarship application? Where and when?
1) Get information: Check the AEFE website and download the AEFE information brochure. Also consult the Barcelona Consulate website for scholarship information and information sessions.
2) Prepare the application dossier: The applicants print the scholarship application form, complete all fields with precision, and sign it. They gather all supporting documents and file them in order. It is advisable to keep a complete copy for ease in future years.
3) Submit the dossier: The dossiers (form + supporting documents in order) must be sent by post with acknowledgment of receipt or delivered to the Consulate General of France in Barcelona.
4) Sign the financial regulations acknowledgement: I have read the school's financial regulations and accept them. Date and signature of the legal guardian(s).

Located in Palma, Lycée Français International de Palma is a private French international school affiliated with the Mission Laïque Française. It serves about 620 students aged 3 to 18 and delivers the French national program, homologated by the French Ministry of Education from nursery through terminale. The school is part of the Mission Laïque Française network and is recognized by both the French and Spanish Ministries of Education. Instruction is conducted in French, with the host-country language taught from kindergarten and a third language for international communication, typically English.
