Madrid Montessori is an American Montessori school in El Viso, Madrid, offering AMI-aligned education for children from 18 months through 12 years. The Calle Genil 11 campus houses three environments: Infant Community (18 months–3), Children's House (3–6), and Elementary (6–12). The prepared-environment approach supports independence, problem-solving, and a strong sense of self. Infant Community is bilingual (Spanish and English); in Children's House English is introduced with gradual immersion; Elementary instruction is primarily in English with Spanish study. The Elementary program uses an integrated curriculum developed by Maria Montessori and her son Mario, linking math, language, and science through hands-on, field-based learning. Madrid Montessori is accredited by the Middle States Association and by the Comunidad de Madrid's Education Council, with reaccreditation in 2019 for seven years. On-site meals use organic, vegetarian ingredients and are prepared daily; students help with cooking and cleanup. The campus features a garden with harvesting and composting, an Extended Day program, a Secret Garden, and a Willems-based music program for ages 3 and up.
