Introduction

Magno International School, formerly San Alberto Magno, is an international Cambridge school for ages 3–18 and now part of Orbital Education. In Monforte del Cid, Alicante, the campus sits on 33,000 m2 of green space with bright classrooms, science laboratories, sensory rooms, a sports complex, a chess room and a vegetable patch. The curriculum blends a bespoke approach with Cambridge Primary in early years and emphasizes multilingual learning from nursery onward. Spanish and English are the primary languages of instruction; German and French are introduced from Year 2, with Year 5 onward giving students a choice to pursue fluency in a language. The school offers two Baccalaureate pathways for ages 16–18: Spanish National Baccalaureate and International A-Level Programme. It is official Cambridge examination centre and prepares students for Cambridge English qualifications, DELF/DALF and Goethe exams. Sixth Form combines on-campus support with online learning to access Spanish and universities, including UNED.

Per-term figures

- The academic calendar for 2025–26 is organised into three main teaching periods. Per-term tuition figures below are calculated as one third of the standard annual tuition (monthly fee × 10, divided by 3) to match the school's three-term academic structure. Billing schedule and payment terms

- Monthly fee payments are accepted only via direct debit. Returned direct debits incur a charge of EUR 6. Any invoice unpaid after 15 days will be considered a debt and will accrue interest at 3% on the outstanding amount.
- Early-payment option: a 2% discount on the annual tuition (10-month total) is applied if the annual amount is paid by bank transfer before the stated deadline (example: by 31 July 2025 for the 2025–26 year). The school publishes the bank details for this transfer. Proof of payment should be emailed as instructed by the school.

Boarding

- Boarding is not listed as a service or charge in the school's tuition schedule; no boarding fees are applicable.

Other compulsory or optional costs

Higher Education Progression

Magno offers two Sixth Form pathways: the Spanish National Baccalaureate and an International A-Level Programme. The A-Level track is delivered online in partnership with the National Extension College (NEC, UK), with on-campus enrichment activities and tutorials. The Baccalaureate and A-Level options provide university entry routes to Spanish and international universities, including direct access to Spanish universities via UNED.

Gifted and Talented

Social and Emotional Learning (SEL)

Magno International School is committed to educational excellence and building valued global citizens, focusing on each student's uniqueness to nurture passions and talents. Special Educational Needs (SEN)

English as an Additional Language (EAL)

Spanish and English are the primary languages of instruction. In Early Years, there is almost total immersion in English, with about 80% of the day in English. From Year 2 of Infant Education, German and French are taught. From Year 5 of Primary, students choose one of these languages to continue to fluency. Students become fluent in three or more languages, and Magno is an official Cambridge examination centre with students taking official language exams at every stage of their education.

Mental Wellbeing

Win At Social is co-created with students to support wellbeing and responsible digital life, in partnership with The Social Institute (TSI). The programme equips students to make responsible online choices and to develop empathy, teamwork and critical thinking. Families access resources such as the Family Toolkit to continue discussions at home.

Safeguarding

The Guidance Department provides Academic Guidance, Personal Development, Emotional Support and Career Guidance, in close collaboration with teachers and families, and identifies and supports students with special needs. Emotional support includes a safe, confidential space and access to the My Concern reporting platform. A Child Protection and safeguarding Policy exists as part of School Policies.

Admissions

Admissions

1. Enquire or Book a visit. Start your journey by completing the online enquiry form to register interest or book a personal school tour. Enter your email address and provide your details and your child's information. Our dedicated admissions team will contact you shortly after submission. After you enquire, you'll receive updates about school news, open days, and upcoming events.
2. School Tour. Experience our school first-hand with a personal tour guided by a member of our admissions team. Explore classrooms and facilities, meet our teachers and academic staff, and get a feel for school life. You may ask questions during the tour.
3. Start your Application. Submit your child's application through the Admissions Portal, which remains open for the duration of the journey. Log in to view progress and submit documents; once forms are submitted and signed, edits are not possible. Each child requires a separate application, and the portal shows all applications in progress. Have ready a copy of the child's passport/DNI/NIE or birth certificate, a copy of the parents' passport/DNI/NIE, the child's most recent school report, and a vaccination card for Pre-School.
4. Offer and Acceptance. After review, a formal offer is issued via the Admissions Portal. You will be invited to sign our Terms & Conditions and pay the Enrolment and Transcript Fees. The school reserves the right to request an entry test and/or a personal interview with your child as part of the admissions process.
