Billing schedule and payment terms
- Standard payment commitment: 10 monthly instalments covering September through June (monthly payment plan).
- Monthly payments are requested between the 1st and the 5th of each month. Late payments incur a surcharge (example: EUR 25 late fee cited in the Parent Guide) and repeated or long delays may lead to suspension of the student.
- The annual registration/tuition reservation fee must accompany re‑enrolment; a contract is not accepted without that payment.
Extras and other payable items

- Afternoon care: EUR 35 per month; or EUR 7 per single day.

Discounts

Refund information and financial policy
- Admission (entry) fee and the annual registration/tuition reservation fee are non‑refundable.
- Monthly instalments are not reimbursed or prorated for sick leave, vacation, withdrawal or any other reason once the academic year commitment has begun. If a child withdraws after 1 September, the full academic year remains payable (the 10 monthly payments remain due).
- Re‑enrolment requires the registration payment to accompany the re‑enrolment contract; the contract will not be accepted without that payment.
Boarding
