Social and Emotional Learning (SEL)

The school integrates social and emotional learning through the Culture of Thought. Thinking Maps help structure thoughts and make meaningful mental associations; Thinking Keys support reflection, critical thinking, responsibility and emotional control; routines train thinking processes and Mind Habits encourage investigation, summarisation, reasoning with evidence and classification.

Special Educational Needs (SEN)

The school is inclusive and provides equal opportunities to students with special educational needs (SEN). It has an in-house psychopedagogical counselling department and emotional support.

English as an Additional Language (EAL)

The school is trilingual (Catalan, Spanish and English). English is used throughout all stages; the English project commences in nursery and expands each year; Cambridge Exams are offered; language immersion trips; subjects are taught in English.

Located in the centre of Barcelona, Pérez Iborra School is a private institution with 85 years of experience and its own Culture of Thought project.
