The PSC program emphasizes developing students as independent, self-sufficient learners and guides them in navigating their academic paths. English language guidance is available to help students study in English.

A key theatre experience featured is a performance of Les Miserables at the Palace Theatre in Manchester. The program encourages engagement with the arts as part of the cultural curriculum.
Language learning is encouraged through taking language classes as part of personal objectives. Cultural activities include visits to galleries and museums, and other cultural experiences in Málaga.
The program encourages social engagement and volunteering; students may join the Spanish Red Cross or work in local animal shelters. They also organize recycling programs at the College and help run student activities such as Carol Singing.

Visits and talks by professionals and alumni occur every 2–3 weeks, exposing students to engineers, charity workers, medical students, Cambridge graduates, and other professionals. These experiences support career development and the cultivation of professional skills.
Phoenix College Málaga is a British Sixth Form college in Málaga, established in 2018. It offers British and International A‑levels for ages 16–18, preparing students to access universities worldwide. The curriculum covers English, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Spanish (including Spanish for Native speakers), Business, History, Geography and French, with Further Mathematics available where demand exists. Complementary PCE (Selectividad) subjects are offered for Spanish university applications, and Cambridge Advanced English classes are available for a supplementary fee. The college is an Edexcel Examinations Centre, with exams taken on site; PCE exams occur at UNED Málaga in Year 13. Facilities include a Science laboratory, with on‑site teaching across premises expanded in 2023. There is no uniform, though appropriate dress is expected, and a library serves students. The PSC Programme provides Personal Tutors and a Target system supporting development and university applications, with trips to CERN and cultural experiences in Málaga for students.
