Phoenix College Málaga opened in September 2018. It is a Sixth Form College sited on the Plaza de Uncibay in the centre of Málaga, Spain. It is owned and run by Co-Directors Kirsty Ridyard, Alex Mitchell and James Riley, three experienced A-level teachers who have spent years teaching in the UK and in international schools in Spain. In Summer 2023, the College expanded into a second premises on the same floor, effectively doubling its size. The school teaches British A-levels and International A-levels and is accredited as an Edexcel Examinations Centre.
Phoenix College Málaga is a central Málaga Sixth Form College located on Plaza de Uncibay. Each year it organises an online information meeting for families interested in joining the Sixth Form. The school conducts community outreach including a Communication Campaign that highlights Get to know Phoenix College Málaga and an online event with parents and students interested in joining the Phoenix Family. It also engages in local initiatives such as the Christmas campaign Ningún niño malagueño sin juguete, a collaboration with the Ayuntamiento de Málaga via Limasam. The school maintains a blog featuring community campaigns and activities.
Phoenix College Málaga is a British Sixth Form college in Málaga, established in 2018. It offers British and International A‑levels for ages 16–18, preparing students to access universities worldwide. The curriculum covers English, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Spanish (including Spanish for Native speakers), Business, History, Geography and French, with Further Mathematics available where demand exists. Complementary PCE (Selectividad) subjects are offered for Spanish university applications, and Cambridge Advanced English classes are available for a supplementary fee. The college is an Edexcel Examinations Centre, with exams taken on site; PCE exams occur at UNED Málaga in Year 13. Facilities include a Science laboratory, with on‑site teaching across premises expanded in 2023. There is no uniform, though appropriate dress is expected, and a library serves students. The PSC Programme provides Personal Tutors and a Target system supporting development and university applications, with trips to CERN and cultural experiences in Málaga for students.
