Small class sizes support close relationships and individualized support. The school recognises achievement across academic, sporting and personal areas and uses a rewards system to reinforce positive behaviours. A restorative approach is used to address issues, including restorative meetings to repair relationships. Staff model respectful interactions and encourage independence, self-regulation and intrinsic motivation.

Special Educational Needs (SEN)
