Primary (Nursery to Year 6) and Secondary (Year 7 to Year 13), including Foundation Stage Nursery and Reception; Key Stage 1 (Y1–Y2); Key Stage 2 (Y3–Y6). Secondary runs from Year 7 to Year 13 (Key Stage 3 Y7–9; Key Stage 4 Y10–11; 6th Form Y12–Y13).

Application, registration and initial deposit

- Registration fee (Matrícula): EUR 500 for Year 1–Year 13; EUR 800 for Nursery and Reception (first-time registration).

Other costs and optional services

- School meals (Comedor): Nursery–Year 2: EUR 150 per month. Year 3–Year 13: EUR 155 charged over 10 months; EUR 10 for a single day; EUR 190 for a single month.
- Packed lunch service (alternative): Year 3–Year 13: EUR 35 per month.
- Uniform: Uniform is obtained through the school's official uniform shop located on campus (contact: uniforms@queenscollege.es). Purchases are made directly with the school's uniform shop.
- Extra‑curricular activities: a range of after‑school activities is available; fees for specific activities are handled separately.

Billing schedule and payment terms

- Payment methods and mandate: Fees are required to be paid by direct debit (domiciliación bancaria); receipts are issued to the company name BONANOVA ENGLISH SCHOOL S.L.
- Monthly billing: Ten monthly instalments are issued; monthly payments are collected before the 25th of the preceding month (September payment may be collected before the 5th of September).
- Term (trimestral) billing: Term invoices are issued on these dates: 1st term 4 September · 2nd term 15 December · 3rd term 15 March. If a term invoice is not paid within 10 days of issue, the annual arrangements will be converted to monthly billing.
- Annual billing: The annual fee is billed on 1 September. If it is not paid within 10 days, the annual charge will be converted to termly billing. The annual‑advanced option is billed on the school's stated advance billing date (the school issues the invoice for the annual‑advanced fee in June for the coming school year).
- Missed or late payments: Failure to meet payment deadlines results in automatic conversion of the chosen tariff to the monthly tariff retroactively; if a pupil does not complete the full academic year, the monthly tariff applies for the months actually attended. Returned direct debit payments incur the bank's return charges plus EUR 30 administrative handling, payable on demand.

Boarding

- The school operates as a day school (no boarding facility).

Refunds and adjustments

- Returned payment handling: Returned direct debits incur the bank's return charges plus an administrative fee of EUR 30.
- Fee adjustments on withdrawal or non‑completion: If a pupil does not complete the course, fees are treated under the monthly tariff for the months attended; unpaid or changed payment schedules may be converted retroactively as described under payment terms.

Fee payment options accepted

- Direct debit (domiciliación bancaria) is the mandatory payment method for school fees; invoices are issued in the name BONANOVA ENGLISH SCHOOL S.L. No alternative payment methods are specified in the school's published fee regulations.

Most pupils are British or Spanish, with representation from many other nationalities.
