Billing schedule and payment terms

- Payment methods and mandate: Fees are required to be paid by direct debit (domiciliación bancaria); receipts are issued to the company name BONANOVA ENGLISH SCHOOL S.L.
- Monthly billing: Ten monthly instalments are issued; monthly payments are collected before the 25th of the preceding month (September payment may be collected before the 5th of September).
- Term (trimestral) billing: Term invoices are issued on these dates: 1st term 4 September · 2nd term 15 December · 3rd term 15 March. If a term invoice is not paid within 10 days of issue, the annual arrangements will be converted to monthly billing.
- Annual billing: The annual fee is billed on 1 September. If it is not paid within 10 days, the annual charge will be converted to termly billing. The annual‑advanced option is billed on the school's stated advance billing date (the school issues the invoice for the annual‑advanced fee in June for the coming school year).
- Missed or late payments: Failure to meet payment deadlines results in automatic conversion of the chosen tariff to the monthly tariff retroactively; if a pupil does not complete the full academic year, the monthly tariff applies for the months actually attended. Returned direct debit payments incur the bank's return charges plus EUR 30 administrative handling, payable on demand.

Refunds and adjustments

- Returned payment handling: Returned direct debits incur the bank's return charges plus an administrative fee of EUR 30.
- Fee adjustments on withdrawal or non‑completion: If a pupil does not complete the course, fees are treated under the monthly tariff for the months attended; unpaid or changed payment schedules may be converted retroactively as described under payment terms.

Queen's College in Palma, Majorca, offers a British National Curriculum and the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme. Founded in 1977, it serves about 400 pupils aged 3 to 18 and operates as a day school with NABSS membership and Balearic Ministry of Education authorisation to provide British education to students of all nationalities. The curriculum is broad and demanding, designed to prepare pupils for GCSEs, A-levels and the IB DP, while allowing homologation to Spanish qualifications when selected Spanish subjects are studied.
