Billing schedule and payment terms

- Tuition fees are payable in advance to secure and maintain enrolment. Fees may be paid annually or in instalments. A 3% discount is applied if the full annual tuition is paid in advance and before August 1. Instalment due dates are:
- Instalment 1 (September–December): due on or before August 1.
- Instalment 2 (January–March): due on or before December 1.
- Instalment 3 (April–June): due on or before March 1.
- All school-related fees and invoices are processed in the name of Raoul Wallenberg Mallorca School S.L.U.; returned payments will incur bank charges plus an administration fee of EUR 30.

Boarding fees

- Boarding is not applicable. The school operates with a published school-day calendar and term structure (day-school provision).

Other costs and typical additional fees

- School uniform: A school uniform is required. Uniforms are supplied via an authorised supplier (Dyreco) with ordering details provided (online order link and contact email/phone). Prices vary by item and are payable directly to the uniform supplier.
- School lunches (Raoul's Kitchen): Meals are provided through the school restaurant; enrolled families receive details about the lunch programme and arrangements directly. A separate charge may apply for school lunches (detailed costs are provided to enrolled parents).

Refund information and withdrawal

- The refundable deposit (EUR 1,000) will be returned following withdrawal provided a minimum of three months' written notice of withdrawal is given and there are no outstanding financial or contractual obligations to the school at the time of withdrawal. Deposits and any school fees already paid will be returned in full only under those conditions.

Raoul Wallenberg International School Palma (RWIS Palma) follows the Cambridge International Pathway as its core framework, offering Cambridge Primary (5–11), Cambridge Lower Secondary (11–14), Cambridge Upper Secondary (14–16), and Cambridge Advanced (16–19). The RWIS curriculum blends Cambridge with RWIS's cycle of inquiry, engaging students in six points of inquiry to develop critical thinking, collaboration and problem solving. Cambridge qualifications are recognised and enable progression to universities worldwide. Assessments follow Cambridge's mastery-based approach. RWIS Palma is part of an independent school organization originating in Sweden. The Raoul Wallenberg School was founded in 2005, opening its first school in August 2006. The organization educates 4,500 students in 20 schools and maintains stable financial performance. The campus spans 10,000 metres, blending historic charm and modern facilities, including a chapel-turned-auditorium, outdoor spaces, gardens and an orchard, solar power and rainwater harvesting with safeguarding.
