The form is titled "Pre-application form for a place in private early years, primary and secondary education centre" and collects student details (DNI/NIE/Passport, name and surname, date of birth, siblings in the same centre), address information (post code, town and province, telephone number, email address), and parent or guardian details. It also asks for current school information (name and town of current school, current year/grade, any disciplinary files, specific educational needs), the current tutor's name and number, and an authorization to obtain information from the current school.
Saba Verda International School is a private international school offering English-language education for students aged 3 to 18. It follows the British National Curriculum as the foundation from Early Years through Secondary, with Catalan and Spanish languages and their histories, geographies, and cultures integrated across the Primary years; in Secondary, students study English plus at least two other languages.
