Tuition — Day students (standard tuition billing and amounts)

- Early Years (Pre‑Nursery / Nursery): EUR 699 per month (annual equivalent EUR 6,990). A temporary promotional price of EUR 489 per month (30% discount) has been offered for Pre‑Nursery/Nursery for a limited period. Reception: EUR 699 per month (annual equivalent EUR 6,990).

- Primary School KS1 (Year 1–Year 2): EUR 930 per month (annual equivalent EUR 9,300).

- Primary School KS2 (Year 3–Year 6): EUR 960 per month (annual equivalent EUR 9,600).

- Middle School KS3 (Year 7–Year 9): EUR 995 per month (annual equivalent EUR 9,950).

- High School KS4 (Year 10–Year 11): EUR 1,025 per month (annual equivalent EUR 10,250).

- High School KS5 (Year 12–Year 13): EUR 1,045 per month (annual equivalent EUR 10,450).

Tuition — Boarding students (fees and programme options)

- Boarding registration fee: EUR 3,000; refundable deposit: EUR 2,000.

- Full‑time annual boarding (school + residential accommodation, three meals, basic insurance, airport transfer each term, weekend activities excluded where specified):
- Key Stage 3 (ages 11–14): EUR 29,100 per year (full‑time). EUR 25,100 per year for the weekly boarding programme option.
- Key Stage 4 – IGCSE (ages 14–16): EUR 30,100 per year (full‑time). EUR 26,100 per year for the weekly programme option.

- Boarding pack inclusions: tuition, shared residential accommodation, three meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner), basic school supplies, selected outings/visits, basic school insurance, airport transfer each term. Items explicitly not included in boarding pack: school uniforms, private medical insurance, visa/legal fees, school textbooks, official public exam fees (IGCSE, A‑Level), residential trips/camps, sports academies and extracurricular academy costs.

Billing schedule and payment terms

- Standard instalments: tuition billed monthly across ten instalments (September–June). The school also offers semiannual or annual payment options with discounts. The payment window for monthly receipts is from the 15th of the previous month to the 5th of the current month; late payments may incur penalties.

- Discounts for payment method: annual single payment discount of 5% if paid before July 15 (3% if paid after July 15). Semiannual payment discount of 3% when tuition is split into two instalments (typically September and February). These discounts apply to the general tuition component (education, lunches and supplies) and may be combinable with certain other offers subject to the school's discount rules.

- Sibling discounts (applied to the youngest child): second child: 10%; third child: 25%; fourth child: 50% (specific sibling discount rules are stated by the school).

- Day‑student withdrawal: at least two months' written notice required; failure to provide the notice requires payment for the two subsequent months from receipt of the withdrawal notice.

- Boarding withdrawal/notice: six months' written notice required for boarding students. Tuition‑related fees may be refundable if the six‑month notice is respected; boarding fees covering accommodation and meals are non‑refundable except in exceptional documented circumstances. No refund is provided where a student is expelled for serious misconduct.

Other costs and additional charges

- School transport: EUR 195 per month (EUR 170 for the Jerez bus route) billed in instalments consistent with tuition billing (10 instalments between September and June).
- Textbooks: not included in the standard tuition charge; separate book lists and costs apply.
- Extracurricular activities, sports academies (PAR programmes), music academy, academy reinforcements, examinations (external exam fees), fees for validations/homologations, early arrival service, trips, outings and camps: all are charged separately when applicable.
- Uniforms: normally purchased separately; uniforms are not included in boarding pack inclusions.

Refund information

- Refundable deposit for boarding: the boarding deposit (EUR 2,000) is refundable on completion of studies provided all financial obligations are met and no damages or outstanding costs remain.
- Tuition refunds and withdrawal: tuition‑related fees may be refunded if the school's notice periods are respected (two months' notice for day students; six months' notice for boarding students). Boarding accommodation and meals charges are treated as non‑refundable except in exceptional, documented circumstances (e.g., verified medical emergencies) and subject to school review. Expulsion for serious misconduct carries no entitlement to refund.

Fee payment options

- Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, direct debit, and credit/debit card (Visa and Mastercard). The school publishes bank account details for euro transfers (IBAN and SWIFT) and requests that payments reference the student's name and date of birth and that proof of payment is sent to the finance office.

Sage College - The British International School of Jerez provides an international, English-medium education for learners aged 2–18.
