Sage College began its journey in 2006 as Campus El Sabio, a school dedicated to quality education. In 2014, the institution became a recognized British school, embarking on a path toward international educational excellence. In 2018, the Parra Garrido family assumed leadership of the company, transforming Sage College into a benchmark for British education in Spain. This leadership also fueled the institution's international expansion, with the opening of the International School of Central Switzerland (ISCS) in the canton of Zug, Switzerland. This new chapter reflects Sage College's ambition to offer a global education and a world-class academic experience.
The school is committed to quality international education and to developing character as well as academic skills. It fosters an education beyond the classroom with curricular and extracurricular activities that build creativity, empathy, and a sense of community. Respect is a fundamental value, and the school promotes dialogue, understanding of different viewpoints, and a caring, compassionate ethos. It aims to prepare students to become global citizens with the tools to succeed in a diverse world.
The Parent Council is a group of Sage College parents who work closely with the school to support initiatives that enrich the educational experience, promote intercultural understanding, and strengthen the sense of community among families, students, and staff. The council also contributes to charitable and community-building events such as the Sage Xmas Fair, Charity Bake Sales, Sage Fest, and Sage International Day, and organises informal gatherings that encourage connection among families. Families wishing to contact the Parent Council or request support can write to parentcouncil@sagecollege.eu. Biographies of Parent Council members are available.
