Saint George's School is a private bilingual school in Girona, Spain, for ages 1 to 18. It offers a bilingual English-language curriculum with immersion from Infants to Baccalaureate. English is the main instruction language, with four languages studied: English, Catalan, Spanish, and French. In Infant Education English is the main language with a Catalan session; Primary uses English for most subjects, with French introduced at the end. Secondary maintains English immersion and adds Spanish/Catalan in cycles 3 and 4 to prepare for study in Spain or abroad, while French remains a second foreign language. In Baccalaureate, English is used for English language and literature; other subjects are taught in Spanish/Catalan, with continued study of Spanish and French. The curriculum includes cross-curricular technology, programming, robotics and STEAM, and preparation for international examinations. On-site Cambridge UCLES exams and DELF qualifications are offered; the European Youth Parliament is part of the plurilingual program.
