The ESB provides education for children and youths aged 3 to 18 at a demanding, high-level standard while fostering social and personal competencies. The school is multicultural and based on Swiss pedagogy, where Swiss, Spanish and Catalan cultures coexist harmoniously and respectfully. Students learn five languages: German (the main language of instruction), Spanish, Catalan, English, and French. At the end of their schooling, students obtain a Swiss-Spanish double qualification corresponding to the Swiss Matura and the Spanish Selectividad, opening doors to international universities.
