Step 2: The school provides education from pre-school through grade 9. Preschool (3–5 years) follows the Swedish curriculum LPFÖ 18. Grades F–6 emphasize individualised teaching, non-fiction reading, classical music, daily physical activity, and nutritious meals. Grades 7–9 include tutoring for remote students via Sofia Distance.
Step 3: Guest Students may join for short stays and applications are accepted year-round. Guest stays can be 4–5 weeks depending on full-term enrollment. The academic year generally follows the Swedish calendar but takes Spanish holidays into account. Applications are accepted year-round via Apply Now.
Step 4: Fees and government grants: A registration fee of €750 per family is charged and is non-refundable. The 2025–2026 fees are published and adjusted annually. All new students are invoiced as non-approved until Skolverket approves government funding. If government funding is approved, the fee is reduced by €700. Municipal funding (Skolpeng) may apply if approved by the home municipality. Applications for government grants are submitted at the beginning of autumn term; the school collects and forwards them to Skolverket for assessment; if approved, the difference is credited to the next year's fee.
