St. Paul's School comprises four stages across four buildings. The campus spans 12,000 m², with 7,000 m² built and 2,000 m² of landscape areas. The Cube houses Management, Administration, and Reception, while the Early Years Building covers 3,000 m² with 18 classrooms, a library, a music room, a computer room, a dining room, a kitchen, a psychomotricity terrace, and dedicated spaces for speech therapy and psychopedagogical support. The Joan d'Alós Buildings span 4,300 m² and include 22 classrooms, an auditorium, a computer lab, a sports hall, two libraries, two music rooms, two art rooms, three laboratories, a STEM project room, a Greek theatre, and other shared facilities. The campus also features playgrounds, recreational spaces, offices, meeting rooms, sport tracks for psychomotor skills, a gymnasium, and a sports hall for PE and extracurricular activities.

Extracurricular activities include soccer, dance, swimming, judo, and hockey.
St. Paul's School Barcelona is a trilingual, non‑profit foundation that educates students from Early Years to Bachillerato. It follows the Generalitat de Catalunya curriculum with English as a key language, while English, Spanish and Catalan are core languages and French is taught as a fourth language.
