The A-Level College of Altea (ALCA) focuses on education for students over 16 by offering internationally recognised A-level qualifications to prepare for university applications. A-level courses are the UK equivalent of Bachillerato in Spain. Our students join after completing GCSE (Year 11) or 4ª ESO at other schools, in the year they reach the age of 16. ALCA is a school created by teachers who have the sole objective of putting education first. At ALCA, our dedicated Sixth Form site offers a different type of experience, combining a social setting with space to work independently.
