These advance amounts are collected as one payment in June (25% of the September tuition) and are reflected in the September bill so that September's invoice shows only the remaining 75% for that month.

Billing schedule and payment terms
- Standard tuition is charged in 10 monthly installments for all grades; Grade 12's 10 monthly payments are prorated in the initial months as indicated in the school's fee schedule.
- Monthly payments must be made in advance within the first ten days of each month.
- Late payment: a surcharge of 1.5% interest may be applied after prior notification, in accordance with school statutes.
- Lunch and transport services are charged monthly; only properly excused absences that exceed ten consecutive school days may qualify for a discount to the lunch service (transport is not discounted).
- Requests to change any paid service (lunch, transport, etc.) must be submitted in writing to school administration before the 20th of the month prior to the requested change.
