English is the main language of instruction. Spanish is taught as an additional language and Spanish Language and Cultural Studies are integrated into the programme to support bilingual competence. Students receive certified education in English and Spanish; the Spanish Department manages authorisations with the Junta de Andalucía, integrating British studies into ESO and Baccalaureate. From Secondary onward, students study a third language, either French or German, leading to GCSE or A Level.
Infant education uses total linguistic immersion in English. From Reception and throughout Primary, English remains the main language of instruction and Spanish is added to develop bilingual competence through Spanish Language and Cultural Studies. In Secondary, a third language is introduced (French or German).
An English as an Additional Language (EAL) Department provides tailored support with sessions designed for individual students. The school offers an EAL programme with 1:1 and small-group sessions, regular progress reviews and targeted interventions. Translanguaging is used in some lessons to support multilingual learners.
