Entry Examination: New pupils aged 6 years or above sit a Cambridge Insight Assessment. Class sizes are limited to 10 pupils. A Tuition Deposit of 1000 Euros is required for new pupils and is refunded in June at the end of the academic year; withdrawal during the academic year results in the loss of the deposit. Monthly Registration Fees start at 90 Euros per month from September 2026, as replacing the annual registration with a monthly plan. Tuition Fees are based on the student's age on 1 September; payments may be made monthly or termly, with a 50 Euro discount for term payments. Missing the registration deadline may result in a place being offered to another child from outside the school; a second opportunity to re-register exists between 1 July and 15 July if space remains. If a pupil takes a month (or more) off school to travel (not including school holidays), 75% of the tuition fees are charged to hold the place.
Academic Scholarships (New): Students who score above average on Cambridge Insight Assessments in Arithmetic, Mathematics, Spelling, Reading and/or Personal Development receive a 20% scholarship; top scores of 5/5 may receive up to 30%. Testing is completed before Christmas, and scholarships are awarded between January and June; assessments are conducted in Autumn and scholarship amounts may vary year to year.
