Deposit / registration billing schedule (deposit windows shown by year group)
- Deposit months are scheduled by class. The published deposit windows for registration for September 2026 entry are:
- Infants & Reception deposit window: 1–31 January 2026.
- Years 1 & 2 deposit window: 1–28 February 2026.
- Years 3 & 4 deposit window: 1–31 March 2026.
- Years 5 & 6 deposit window: 1–30 April 2026.
- Years 7–9 deposit window: 1–31 May 2026.
- A Tuition Deposit of EUR 1,000 is required within the class-specific dates.
Billing schedule and payment terms (summary)
- Tuition may be paid monthly or termly; a EUR 50 discount applies when paying by the term (discount applies per term).
- Monthly Registration is charged at EUR 90 per month for new registrations (replaces single annual registration from Sep 2026).
- Non-attendance: Parents who take a month (or more) off school to travel (outside scheduled school holidays) are asked to pay 75% of the tuition fees to hold the child's place.
- After-school clubs (4 lessons per month): EUR 49 per month (requires minimum numbers).
Sibling discounts, loyalty and scholarships
- Sibling discounts: Child 2 = 15% discount; Child 3 = 30%; Child 4 = 50%; Child 5 = free.
- Loyalty points: 1 year's attendance = EUR 50 credit.
- Academic scholarships: up to 30% scholarship available following Cambridge Insight Assessment performance (typical scholarship levels: 20% for above-average; up to 30% for top scores). Scholarship testing and awards are scheduled within the school's published assessment windows.
Boarding fees (Summer boarding programme)
- Boarding is offered for ages 7–14 during the summer programme; accommodation is charged per week (VAT applies). Published summer boarding prices at the Sa Vaqueria Country Hotel (includes summer camp, twin room, meals and excursions) are:

The Tudor Rose British College is a Cambridge International School in Mallorca serving Nursery through Lower Secondary (ages 2–14).
