Rolling admissions policy (Active Enrollment) is in place, meaning applications are processed throughout the school year. Students can join when there are available places and according to their individual profiles. Students over 5 years of age must have prior knowledge of German.
1. Personal interview with the family: The interview takes place during a visit to the school or online; when possible, the visit occurs during school hours so parents can observe the day-to-day life of the students.
2. Evaluation of candidacy: For candidates from seven or eight years of age, three aspects are evaluated: the personal interview, the student's academic record (and other possible references), and the results of educational and psycho-technical tests conducted after the interview. None of these tests incur any cost to the family.
3. Registration of the student: After the evaluation, the Admissions team contacts the families. If the result is favorable, instructions are provided to formalize the enrollment. Registration is confirmed once all required documentation has been submitted and the registration and reservation fees have been paid before the deadline. If there are no vacancies at the time of application, the candidate is placed on a waiting list, and every effort is made to offer a place as soon as possible.
