The school offers a broad range of academic and STEM clubs and societies. Debating Club, Math Society, Science Club, English Literature Society, Sinhala Literature Society and Tamil Literature Society support analytical thinking and language skills, while IT Club and Young Innovators Club advance technology and innovation. General Knowledge Club and Spelling Bee Club build quick thinking and communication, and Model United Nations (MUN) activities develop research, debate, and diplomacy. Through these clubs, Lyceum students engage in competitions and collaborative projects across campuses.
The arts are well-supported across Lyceum campuses. The offerings include Art Circle Society, Musical Instruments Club, Cultural Dancing Club, Western/Brass Band Club, Eastern Band, and Orchestra, along with English Drama Club, Sinhala Drama Club, Tamil Drama Club and Choir. Media activities include the Media Club, Photography Club, and Astronomy Club on some campuses. These opportunities provide students with outlets for performance, visual arts, music, and drama.
The school runs Buddhist Society, Hindu Society, Islamic Society, and Christian Society, and maintains English, Sinhala, and Tamil Literature Societies. These language and cultural societies foster multilingual literature, diverse cultural engagement and cross-cultural understanding.
Clubs and societies cover arts, sciences, leadership and community service; examples include Media Club and Photography Club, General Knowledge, Spelling BEE and Speakers Club. These groups provide avenues for social connection, hobbies, and collaborative projects beyond class time.
Interact Club, UNESCO Club, Model United Nations (MUN), and Red Cross Club are active at Lyceum campuses, offering volunteering, service projects and global awareness opportunities. These clubs engage students in community outreach and international-minded activities.

Lyceum campuses provide extensive sports facilities including badminton, basketball, cricket grounds, swimming pools, tennis courts, and gymnastics, with golf offered at some branches. Dancing rooms and music rooms complement physical education with creative and mindful activities contributing to overall well-being.
Lyceum International School is a co-educational network of campuses across Sri Lanka, founded in 1993 by Honourable Dr. Mohan Lal Grero to provide English-medium education from pre-school to Grade 12. The school offers two Upper School curricula: Pearson Edexcel International Curriculum and the National Curriculum taught in English Medium. Primary (Grade 1–5) and Middle (Grade 6–8) stages follow core subjects in English, Mathematics, Science and Social Studies, plus Sinhala/Tamil, Art, Music, Physical Education and Computing (mandatory for Grades 1–8). Bharatha Natyam and Cultural Dancing are offered in selected branches. The Lyceum Global Foundation Programme is a one-year university-entry pathway approved by TVEC, with partnerships across Academic English, Fundamentals of Mathematics, Understanding Organisations and ICT. Facilities include karate dojo, computer lab, library, auditorium, science labs, tropical pool with lifeguards, and a gym, plus on-site health support. Clubs such as Debating Club, Model United Nations and Art Circle Society enrich learning globally.
