The football program is guided by a coach with national‑team coaching experience and professional qualifications; training occurs twice weekly.
Classrooms are spacious and well‑ventilated, and two computer laboratories with 55 personal computers are networked for teaching and external examinations. The IT labs provide multimedia capabilities and Internet access to support a wide range of learning activities. The School Library, established in 2000, is open to students and teachers from 8:00 am to 3:00 pm and houses about 6,000 books in English, Sinhala and Tamil. Chemistry, Physics and Biology laboratories meet safety standards and are used for Edexcel and Cambridge practical examinations. The Physics lab can accommodate about 15 students and supports Edexcel Ordinary and Advanced Level curricula; the Biology lab uses modern apparatus and is maintained to safety standards.
Physical Education is integrated across all ages; students participate in at least two extracurricular sports activities each term, with swimming lessons from Pre‑School in the on‑site pool. The campus spans over an acre with an in‑house swimming pool, large grounds and spaces for football, cricket and karate. Inter‑House Sports and Swimming Meets, Cricket Tournaments, Football Playoffs and Karate Tournaments are held regularly. The football program is guided by a coach with national‑team experience and relevant qualifications, with training twice weekly. The program also includes dancing, art, Western Band and Choir, and Music, with a chess club achieving notable results in the Colombo District Youth Chess Championship and Yoshida Challenge Trophy.
Oasis International School, Colombo, founded in 2000, is a private international school located in Colombo 12, Sri Lanka. It serves ages 2–18 (play class through Grade 12) and offers two curricula: Pearson Edexcel IGCSE and the Sri Lankan National Curriculum, with English as the medium of instruction in Primary. In Grades 1–5, pupils may follow either path; the Edexcel option provides IGCSE Ordinary Levels with two streams (Science and Commerce) and subject combinations such as Biology–Chemistry–Physics with Mathematics; or Accounting–Business Studies–Economics–ICT; or Chemistry–ICT–Mathematics–Physics.
