The school serves students aged 2 to 19 across four IB programmes: Early Years (including the Primary Years Programme), Middle Years Programme, and Diploma Programme. ISH is funded by the city of Helsingborg and is a tuition-free school offering the International Baccalaureate curriculum in English. The campuses are part of the IB continuum and host learning across the four programmes. There are approximately 825 students enrolled across Pre-Early Years, Early Years, Primary, Middle Years and Diploma programmes.
