Application fees
- There is no application or enrolment fee charged for admission to this publicly funded upper‑secondary school for eligible students. Independent (friskole) upper‑secondary schools that receive public funding do not charge tuition or application fees for schooling.

- There are no tuition fees for Year 1, Year 2 or Year 3 students and no per‑term tuition charge. Education at this upper‑secondary institution is not billed as regular tuition.
Billing schedule and payment terms
- Because there is no tuition, there is no regular tuition billing schedule or termly tuition invoice for students.
- Any optional, chargeable items (for example voluntary international study trips, certain extra‑curricular activities that require separate payment, or replacement charges for lost/damaged school property) are invoiced individually when applicable; payment timing and terms are stated on those specific invoices. The school uses SchoolSoft for school administration and communications which is used to handle notices and invoicing for payable items.
Boarding fees (if applicable)
- Not applicable. The school is a day school operating in central Södermalm and does not provide boarding/internat services.
Other costs or fees parents should expect
- School meals: Provision and charging for school meals at the upper‑secondary level are decided by the responsible municipality; some students may receive free school meals depending on the municipality's arrangements while others may be required to pay for meals.
- Transport: Local public transport (SL) or travel cards are arranged at student/guardian or municipal level; any cost or distribution of travel cards is handled per municipality or the programme's local arrangements. The school's admissions FAQ addresses transport card questions.
- Optional trips and exchanges: Voluntary international or study trips, performances, or external excursions may carry separate charges; these are optional and invoiced per activity.
- Course materials and personal devices: Students are normally expected to provide personal stationery and may be required to supply or lease a personal device where applicable; fees for specific course materials (e.g., specialised art or technology materials) may be charged when the materials are not covered by public funding.
- Student‑run or voluntary activity fees: Fees for clubs, student events, uniform items (if any), or other non‑compulsory items may be charged separately when applicable.
Refund information
- There is no tuition to refund. Refunds for any paid optional activities, trips or purchased items are governed by the terms and conditions applicable to each specific activity or purchase and by consumer protection rules; any refund entitlement and the method of calculation (pro rata or fixed) will be stated on the invoice or activity terms at the time of sign‑up.
Fee payment options
- There is no tuition payment required. For optional invoices and payable items, the school uses its administrative systems (SchoolSoft) to issue invoices; payment mechanisms commonly used by Swedish schools and administrative systems include bank transfer / invoice payment and electronic payment methods as accepted per the invoice. Specific payment methods and recipient details are shown on each invoice.
Summary (short)
- No application fee and no tuition for Years 1–3; no boarding; optional activities/materials may carry separate, individually invoiced charges; payment and refund terms follow the invoice or activity terms.
