Stockholm International School operates from two central Stockholm campuses. The main campus is at Johannesgatan 18, SE-111 38 Stockholm, Sweden. A second campus, Norra Latin, is located on Drottninggatan in Stockholm city to complement the main site.

English is the language of communication; SIS offers an English language support program across all levels. In the Primary Years Programme, EAL is provided with an individual plan after an initial assessment. In the Middle Years Programme, students needing language support receive 4 EAL lessons per week; in the Diploma Programme, limited English language support (1-2 lessons) is available for those who need it.
Application fee
- A non-refundable application fee of SEK 3,000 is payable per child at the time of application.
Enrollment fee (one-time)
- A non-refundable Enrollment Fee is invoiced upon provisional acceptance and must be paid by the date stated on the invoice.
- Child 1: SEK 60,000.
- Child 2: SEK 60,000.
- Child 3 and subsequent children: 20% discount on the Enrollment Fee (SEK 48,000).

Billing schedule and payment terms
- Annual tuition is payable in advance and normally billed in two equal instalments. Invoices are generally issued in April (first term) and November (second term). Payment is due by the date stated on each invoice.
- Diplomatic families with embassy payment arrangements are invoiced annually rather than per term.
- Students enrolling for the second term of the school year are required to pay 50% of the Annual Tuition Fee.
Boarding
- Boarding is not applicable: Stockholm International School operates as an international day school.
Other costs and additional fees
- After School Care (ASC) and After School Activities are offered; fees for these programmes are charged in addition to tuition. Parents sign up at the beginning of each term for the duration of that term.
- Private music tuition and some specialist extracurricular activities are available for an additional charge.
- Curriculum trips are listed as included within tuition in general programming, but specific or optional trips may carry additional charges as noted by the school's activity programmes.
- School-branded items and other supplies are available through the school shop (SIS Shop) and may be charged separately.
Refund and withdrawal policy (fees-related)
- The application fee is non-refundable. The Enrollment Fee is non-refundable. Tuition and other fees are not reduced or refunded for delayed entry, absence, or withdrawal during a term. Students are enrolled for the complete term.
- If a student does not qualify for government subsidy (skolpeng) or the municipality declines contribution, parents/guardians are liable for any subsidy shortfall and must pay the higher total fees.

- Fees are invoiced by the school and payment must be made by the due date shown on the invoice. The invoice provides the payment instructions and details required to complete payment. What tuition covers
- Tuition covers access to campus facilities, a broad activities and sports programme, a wide range of curriculum trips, a school-issued iPad and/or MacBook Air (appropriate to age/grade), student and learning support services, and English as an Additional Language (EAL) support.

Stockholm International School is an international day school in central Stockholm offering the IB Continuum across Primary (PYP with Early Years Programme), Middle (MYP) and Upper (DP). English is the language of instruction, with English language support where needed. The Primary School includes the EYP and PYP, while the Middle School teaches the MYP and the Upper School delivers the Diploma Programme (DP) with the Extended Essay, Theory of Knowledge and Creativity, Activity and Service. SIS operates on two city-centre campuses, Johannesgatan 18 and Norra Latin, expanding indoor space to almost 14,000 square metres and 12,000 square metres of outdoor space. The Learning Commons, with a Makerspace and a TechBar, supports inquiry-based learning; Norra Latin adds a dedicated space for research. With around 800 students from about 60 nationalities and 195 staff, the school maintains a 7:1 student–staff ratio. Diploma results: 97% pass rate, above world average, for its students.
