Registration / Application fees

- Registration fee: CHF 1,045 payable at time of enrolment or re-enrolment. This registration fee is non-refundable except where the school is unable to offer a place.
- Re‑enrolment discount: a special 10% reduction was offered to maintain the registration fee at CHF 950 for families who completed re‑enrolment payment by the specified re‑enrolment deadline.

Capital development / one‑time fees

- Capital Development Fee: a one‑time non‑refundable fee of CHF 3,000 is charged in a student's first year and is payable on enrolment. This fee is not refundable.

Monthly instalment option (alternate payment plan)

- A monthly payment plan is available by agreement with the Principal for families paying the entirety of school fees privately. Monthly instalments are payable on the 1st of each month from August to May (10 instalments). Example monthly amounts (10 instalments): Reception CHF 2,369; Years 1–2 CHF 2,591; Years 3–6 CHF 2,658; Years 7–9 CHF 2,812; Years 10–11 CHF 2,956; Years 12–13 CHF 3,178.

Billing schedule and payment terms

- Standard termly instalment due dates (when paying by 3 instalments): 1st instalment due 1 August; 2nd instalment due 1 December; 3rd instalment due 1 April (dates shown on the schedule). Tuition fees for students who arrive during the academic year are charged on a termly basis.
- Invoices for additional services (school lunches, transport, uniforms, extracurricular activities, after‑school care, learning support, external exam registration for Years 9–13, and field trips) are issued termly and are generally payable within 30 days of invoice. Late payments may incur additional charges or penalties as per school policy.

The British School of Geneva is a British international school in Geneva, welcoming students from age 3 to 18. The curriculum follows an enhanced English National Curriculum from Early Years to A Level, with a progression: International Primary School (ages 5–11) follows the English framework, International Secondary School (ages 11–16) offers IGCSEs, and the A Level College (ages 16–18) provides A‑levels.
