BSG has a diverse, inclusive international community with over 70 nationalities and more than 60 languages. The school offers a broad range of clubs, sports and international activities to develop life skills. Through ISP programmes such as ILOS, students participate in field trips, skiing outings, UN charity events and visits to museums and cultural sites in and around Geneva. The parent community is encouraged to participate and share activities with the school.
The British School of Geneva is a British international school in Geneva, welcoming students from age 3 to 18. The curriculum follows an enhanced English National Curriculum from Early Years to A Level, with a progression: International Primary School (ages 5–11) follows the English framework, International Secondary School (ages 11–16) offers IGCSEs, and the A Level College (ages 16–18) provides A‑levels. Class sizes are small—Early Years groups capped at 18 and A‑Level classes at 14—supporting individualized learning. English and French are core languages, with German, Russian and Spanish available through co‑curricular activities; A‑Level courses include English Language and Literature and French, with other languages offered for a fee. Facilities include a science laboratory, an ICT suite with Dell computers, a spacious art studio, a theatre, and a library of over 8,000 titles, plus a nurse's station, dining hall and music room. ISP programmes and clubs enrich academic and personal development.
