Registration and application fees
- Annual registration fee: CHF 500.
- Advance tuition payment at enrolment: CHF 1,000 (this advance is deducted from the first trimester's tuition). These amounts are non‑refundable in the event of cancellation. Enrollment is confirmed only upon payment.
Annual tuition (single-rate)
- Annual tuition: CHF 21,950, payable in three instalments.
- The annual tuition is broken down as follows:
- School fees: CHF 19,500.
- Textbooks and school supplies: CHF 250.
- Meals (5 days per week): CHF 1,900.
- Meal supervision (5 days): CHF 150.
- Cultural outings: CHF 150.
- The annual tuition also includes morning snack, swimming lessons, physical education and motor skills classes.
Tuition per term and billing schedule
- 1st term: CHF 8,780 — due June 30.
- 2nd term: CHF 6,585 — due October 30.
- 3rd term: CHF 6,585 — due January 31.
- All due dates must be strictly respected. A CHF 50 late fee is charged for each payment reminder.
Additional / optional fees (not included in the annual tuition)
- Supervised study sessions (billed separately).
- Cambridge exam fees (optional, billed separately).
- Extracurricular activities (billed separately).
- Annual excursions and green classes or educational trips (billed separately).
Boarding
- The school operates as a day school (opening hours published as Monday–Friday, 08:00–18:00 for children aged 3–12). Boarding/pension services are not provided.
Other costs (uniform, materials, etc.)
- Textbooks and school supplies are covered in the annual fee (CHF 250). No separate uniform fee is specified in the published financial conditions. Any additional materials or optional activity fees are charged separately.
Refund and withdrawal policy
- The advance tuition payment and registration fee are non‑refundable in the event of cancellation. No refunds are granted in the case of absence, withdrawal, or expulsion.
