Admissions

How to apply, waitlist information, and financial support

Admissions Process

1. Complete the enquiry form. A member of the Admissions Office will contact you very shortly to arrange the next steps. The initial outreach establishes contact with the Head of Admissions. The enquiry initiates the Admissions process.

2. Phone call. The Parent will receive a call from the Admissions Office to arrange a virtual appointment with the Head of Admissions. This conversation introduces the family to the school and outlines what to expect next. It sets the schedule for the upcoming virtual meeting.

3. Confirmation Email and Invitation. The Admissions Office will send an invitation for a Teams meeting and a confirmation email. This confirms the scheduled virtual discussion and provides the meeting link. You may use this opportunity to prepare any questions.

4. Video Call. The Head of Admissions will speak to the Parents via Teams, providing all the information they need about the School and giving the opportunity to ask all of their questions. The Head of Admissions will address the school's programs, language approach, and next steps. Parents can ask about curriculum, language support, and admission requirements.

5. School Tour. If Parents wish to meet with the team, Parents will be contacted to arrange a tour at their preferred time. The school is open for tours from Monday – Friday. Tours are by appointment only.

6. Assessment. If the parents wish to progress with their application, the Admissions Office will organise an assessment with the coordinator of the relevant grade. The parents will receive a report on the assessment within 48 hours.

7. Parents' Confirmation. Heather Guenther is Mosaic School Head of Admissions.

Ecole Mosaic is a private, bilingual, multicultural school in Geneva for students aged 3 to 12. It combines a bespoke integrated curriculum with the English National Curriculum and the Plan d'études Romand (PER), delivering a clear pathway for families seeking international schooling. A compulsory language tutoring programme from age 3P supports students who have not spent three full years in bilingual education. The Primary Programme emphasises project-based learning with transdisciplinary topics and enrichment in theatre, dance, music, languages, sports, STEAM and arts. In the early years, languages are alternated weekly; by the end of 4P most pupils achieve mastery of both languages, with a language support plan for late joiners. The Middle School provides a balanced bilingual curriculum, with French as the anchor language, enhanced English and German, and core subjects taught in both languages; Arts are taught in English, and Latin is optional. Facilities include STEAM lab and library.
