Eden School was founded almost 20 years ago. The founder and director, a mother of five, started the school in Champel before moving to Veyrier to accommodate growing demand. In September 2011, the school moved into a new campus in Veyrier, maintaining a human-sized environment designed to support personalized education. The school emphasizes modern facilities and a focus on individualized support, and in September 2025 opened a second campus on the Plateau de Frontenex to welcome younger children (ages 3 to 6) at 34 chemin Frank-Thomas in Geneva.
Eden emphasizes multiculturalism and open-mindedness, welcoming pupils from diverse backgrounds and fostering respect for different cultures. The school encourages active participation of families in school life and promotes communication and collaboration between parents, teachers and students to support each child's development. Two campuses—Veyrier and Frank-Thomas—form the Eden community.
Eden School is a private bilingual international school in Geneva, Switzerland, with two campuses near the city center. It delivers a bilingual French-English curriculum with additional German language exposure, serving children from ages 3 to 12, with pathways that align to both the French education system and the Geneva cantonal track. The Eden track begins with nursery at age 3 and primary through age 11, while the cantonal track extends to secondary schooling. The primary program is bilingual in French and English and integrates the Romand PER to allow continuation in either pathway. Students learn through plurilingual immersion, with daily focus on social-emotional development and project-based learning across mathematics, sciences, reading and writing, languages, arts and physical education. The school emphasizes family-like, personalized education in a modern, adaptable environment, supported by two Geneva campuses: the Frank-Thomas campus opened in 2025 for ages 3–6, and the Veyrier campus, featuring a farm and stables, plus flexible, technology-enabled classrooms, a library and a reading corner.
