The school offers a highly individualized educational experience with a wide range of academic programs in general subjects and intensive language studies. Courses are taught in English to accommodate international students. Pupils aged 8 to 19 are welcomed into Junior High (Grades 7–8) and High School (Grades 9–12) with a broad curriculum and exam options including Cambridge, IELTS, TOEFL and College Board assessments.
Arts and Crafts is taught in Junior High (Grades 7–8). Art & Design is offered in High School (Grades 9–12) as part of the common curriculum.
English and foreign language instruction is central, with courses and exam preparation in French, English, German and Spanish. Examinations include DELF for French, SAT II and AP for French and German, and Cambridge English certificates. Intensive language courses are available in English, French, German, Italian and Spanish.

There is a postgraduate year offering intensive study in business, economics and computer studies, and a full Trans‑Academic program in English within the Department of Business Studies.

Institut Monte Rosa is an independent, co-educational boarding school in Switzerland that welcomes students aged 8 through 18. The school offers an Anglo-American college-preparatory program within an International Section, with Junior High (Grades 7–8) and High School (Grades 9–12) taught in English. Students study English Literature and Language, Mathematics, Sciences, Social Studies, Geography and History, plus a Foreign Language curriculum that includes French, German, Italian and Spanish, with optional Russian and Mandarin.
