Billing schedule and payment terms
- Standard billing: annual tuition (or combined boarding-and-tuition) is usually divided into three equal termly instalments. Deadlines and exact due dates follow the school's financial conditions for the relevant year.
- New admissions: a confirmation payment is required within the stated period to secure the place; this confirmation payment typically covers early term instalments plus any required deposit.
- Re-enrolling students: payment schedules for continuing students are set out in the contractual financial conditions (examples include payment of the 1st and 2nd term by an early-May deadline and the 3rd term by late January).
- Liability on withdrawal or exclusion: where a family withdraws a student after the school's contractual withdrawal deadline, or a withdrawal occurs mid-term, the school's contractual rules require payment of the fees as specified in the financial conditions (for example, the first term may not be reimbursed if withdrawal occurs after the published deadline and fees for the current term and following term can become payable for withdrawals during a term).

Other costs and compulsory supplements
- Technology/device fee for Grades 6–IB2: a supplementary MacBook charge (example CHF 1,600) may be applied to cover the device and school IT service access where applicable.

- Optional and incidental costs: academic support lessons, private or group supplementary lessons, optional trips and excursions, certain weekend activities, pocket money disbursements, and special activities (e.g., heliskiing or excursions) are charged in addition to tuition/boarding where applicable. Sample rates for private/group supplementary lessons are published in the school's financial conditions (example annual rates for one weekly period or multiple periods).
- Uniform: for boarding students, certain uniform items are listed as provided within the boarding package; other uniform or equipment items may be charged separately for day students or as replacements.

Refund information and deposits
- Guarantee deposit: a guarantee deposit is collected at confirmation for boarding candidates and is refundable after final settlement of extras and charges following departure, subject to contractual terms.
- Withdrawal penalties and non‑refunds: withdrawal after the contractual deadline for confirming non-attendance (examples include a 1 May deadline for certain cohorts) commonly results in the first term fee not being reimbursed; contractual conditions set out which instalments remain payable in cases of late withdrawal or unilateral parent withdrawal mid-term.
- Absence: full fees generally remain payable during temporary absences unless the financial conditions explicitly state otherwise.

Fee payment options
- Bank transfer is accepted (international bank transfer details and IBAN are provided in the school's financial instructions).
- International payment platforms (for example, Convera or similar) are accepted as arranged in the financial conditions.
